TERMS OF BUSINESS
The general operating conditions of the online store www.swogar.com are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), with the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-business. An online store is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products to the user. It is managed by the workshop Unique wooden products, Bojan Ratej s.p., with its registered office at Dolgi vrh 31, 2318 Laporje, hereinafter referred to as the provider. A user is a person who uses our system, i.e. a customer in an online store. The general business conditions deal with the operation of the online store www.swogar.com, the user's rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.
AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION
The provider undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information at all times: company identity, contact addresses, essential characteristics of the goods or services, availability of products, terms of delivery of the product or performance of the service, all prices clearly and unequivocally determined, method of payment and delivery, time validity of the offer, the period during which it is still possible to return the product in its original condition without any justification.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
1. Payment at the company headquarters
When picking up one or more products at the company's headquarters, you can settle the bill on the spot with cash (up to EUR 400) or with one of the bank cards mentioned below.
2. Payment by invoice
When you order your chosen wooden tie online, you can also choose to pay by advance invoice. For this purpose, we will send you a proforma invoice for the product to the selected address, and after the settlement and confirmation of payment, the deadline for delivery or sending the product via Pošta Slovenije or the DHL Express service
3. Payment by payment cards
All the most famous payment cards are available, such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Dinners Club, Discover
4. Payment accounts
Option to pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Pay Pay account.
The provider issues an invoice to the customer on a durable medium, with itemized costs. The purchase agreement (order) is stored electronically on the provider's server. Only this confirmation is sent to the client's email.
VALIDITY OF OFFER AND PRICES
The prices listed in the online store are irrevocable and valid when ordering online. All prices in the online store are final sales prices and are exclusive of VAT, as we are not liable to pay VAT based on the Value Added Tax Act. Customers' orders and invoices are stored at the company's headquarters and can be reached by customers through a written request. The buyer can send a request for a duplicate in writing to the address of the company or to the e-mail address email@example.com.
You can choose between three different collections of wooden ties Swogar Trendy, Premium and Luxury. When you decide on the selected Wooden tie, first determine the type of wood, the color of the connecting fabric and confirm the purchase by clicking the Add to cart button. If you want to view the contents of the basket, click on the View shopping basket button. Here you can check the selected products in the basket again, you can delete your selection or increase its number. If you have any special wishes regarding the order, press the Add note option and enter it as well. To complete the purchase process, click the Checkout button or the PayPal button if you have an account with them. In this case, a new window opens on their page where you complete the purchase. When you select the Completed purchase button, a new page will open, where the button to pay with a PayPal account is waiting for you once again, if you do not have it, then enter all the necessary information, address, delivery method, select a payment card, review all the entered information once more and complete your purchase. Order accepted: After submitting the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. At this step, the buyer has the opportunity to cancel the order within one hour. Order confirmed: If the buyer does not cancel the order, the order goes into further processing. Goods shipped: Within the agreed period of 3-5 days (except for the exceptions described below), the provider prepares the goods, ships them and informs the buyer about this by e-mail and at the same time sends him the tracking number of the shipment. It is necessary to be aware that we do not have handmade wooden ties in stock and that the production of the ordered wooden tie begins only after the order and payment have already been made (applies to orders sent by 12:00 noon). The production time of the wooden tie varies from 3 to 5 working days depending on the model, which means that we will send the selected tie to you after the mentioned production time. However, since we are a small boutique workshop, where 90% is made by hand with limited human resources, in the case of larger orders, there may be a delay in the delivery of the selected product. In this case, we will notify you of the delay immediately after placing the order.
All shipments sent to Slovenia are free of charge and are sent by Pošta Slovenije, and their delivery time is from 2-3 working days. For all other shipments in the EU, which are also free with the selection of Pošta Slovenije, the delivery time is up to 7 working days, and if DHL is chosen, it takes 2-3 working days. All shipments to other parts of the world sent by Pošta Slovenije are also free, their delivery time is 7 working days or more, and when choosing the DHL service, from 3 working days onwards. Every shipment gets its own tracking number, which we send to you when it is sent to the POšta Slovenije or with the DHL service. If you do not collect the package, you are obliged to pay the shipping costs in both directions. RULES OF USER CONDUCT
The online store www.swogar.com, in addition to the sale of articles, also allows the submission of opinions about articles, which is intended for mutual communication between buyers with the aim of exchanging user experiences with the article. It is not allowed to mock or insult articles or other users on websites. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. If you disagree with someone, express it with a reasoned reply. Adherence to religious, racial, sexual, national, political or any other intolerance is prohibited. Please do not use inappropriate language and we invite you to participate positively in the quality of inter-network communication. The posting of links to other websites is not permitted and we reserve the right to remove such postings. Advertising, sales, commercial research without the consent of the owner of www.swogar.com is not allowed and will be removed. Users themselves are responsible for the content they write.
RIGHT TO PRIVACY
The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the RS No. 86/2004) and the Insurance Act. All data obtained through the website www.swogar.com will be used exclusively for sending informative material and other necessary communications.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. Complaints and reclamations can be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Within five working days, the provider must confirm that it has received the complaint, inform the user how long it will take to process it and keep him informed about the progress of the procedure. The provider makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.

OUT OF COURT RESOLUTION OF CONSUMER DISPUTES
The provider does not recognize any IRPS provider as responsible for solving a consumer dispute, which can be initiated by the consumer in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of the ZIsRPS. The electronic link to the SRPS platform is available here.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF BUSINESS
In the event of changes to the regulations governing the operation of online stores, data protection and other areas related to the operations of the Merchant's online store, and in the event of changes to its own business policy, the Merchant may amend and/or supplement these Terms of Business, of which he will inform each time users in an appropriate manner, which includes notification via the website www.swogar.com in particular. Any changes and/or additions to the Terms of Business come into force and are applied after eight days from the publication of the changes and/or additions. If the amendment and/or amendment of the General Terms and Conditions is necessary to comply with the regulations, these amendments and/or amendments may, exceptionally, enter into force and be used in a shorter period of time. A user who does not agree with the changes and/or additions to these Terms of Business must cancel his registration within eight days from the publication of the notice on the change and/or addition to the Terms of Business, otherwise, after the expiry of this period, it is considered and evidence to the contrary is not admissible that the user accepts changes and/or additions to the General Terms and Conditions. Cancellation of registration is done by the user notifying the Merchant of the cancellation in writing.
