RETURN&EXCANGE POLICY

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE PURCHASE - RETURN OF GOODS
In the case of contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer has the right to notify the workshop Unique wood products, Bojan Ratej s.p. within 14 days, that he withdraws from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision. The consumer must then return the goods to the workshop within 14 days of the written notification of the consumer's withdrawal from the purchase, bearing the direct costs of the return. A copy of the invoice and order must be attached. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. The selected product must still be unusable, undamaged or with signs of wear and packed in undamaged original packaging. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the company shall return all payments received immediately, or at the latest within 10 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The reverse workshop returns the received payments to the consumer using the same means of payment that the consumer used, unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and the consumer bears no costs as a result. In case of withdrawal from the contract, you are not entitled to a refund of postage.

MATERIAL ERRORS
The consumer can assert his rights from a material defect if he informs the seller about the defect within one month from the day the defect was discovered. In the error notification, the consumer must describe the error in more detail and allow the seller to inspect the item. Since Swogar wooden ties are made of natural material, i.e. wood, they require careful care and use. Every subscriber can read about it here. In the event that this has not been taken into account, permanent and irreparable damage may occur, which cannot be considered as an actual defect of the product. In fact, it is only considered a defect if it already existed at the time of delivery and was not the result of neglecting proper use and storage. No refunds can be requested based on the color and texture of the wood. The color and texture of the wood varies from product to product. This is a characteristic of all natural products and makes your product unique. If it was found during the inspection that a material defect has actually occurred, as a buyer you can decide to make a new wooden tie of the same type, which we will of course send you free of charge within 7 working days of confirmation, or we will refund you in full within 10 days.

HANDLING OF DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If, upon receiving the shipment, you noticed that the item or shipment is physically damaged, its contents are missing, or it shows signs of being opened, you can file a DHL compensation procedure. You do this by bringing the shipment (packaging + contents) to DHL as soon as you notice the damaged or looted shipment, no later than within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Please note at the post office that it is necessary to fill out the Record of Damaged Shipment, which you must also sign. After receiving all the necessary documentation, a claim for compensation is submitted to DHL. The request to DHL is processed by the commission and, based on the answer or approval, the purchase price is refunded or a new item is ordered. Together with DHL, we will make sure that the compensation is resolved in the shortest possible time. However, if you ordered the product via the standard shipment of Pošta Slovenije, please notify us immediately upon receipt of any damage to the packaging or the product.
