Returns and Warranty

If you have a warranty claim or want to return a product, please email us at or call us on (00386) 40250147 and we will offer you a solution.

All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days. All returns, exchanges and warranty claims will be processed after the claim has been reviewed and approved by us. If the claim is justified, I will send you a new and identical model of the Swogar Wooden Tie as ordered

If you receive a broken/damaged product or if the wrong order was sent to you, we offer a free replacement of the same model. At the same time, we will cover the cost of returning broken, damaged products or if the wrong product was sent to you.

We offer a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage due to use, forced breakage and external influences such as moisture or excessive exposure to sunlight. To avoid this, as a precaution, store the wooden products in a dry and airy place and in the enclosed gift box.

No refunds can be requested based on the color and texture of the wood. The color and texture of the wood varies from product to product. This is a characteristic of all natural products and makes your product unique. The color of the products may vary depending on the calibration of your screen.


In the event of a refund/exchange request made after 14 days, we reserve the right to a partial refund at our discretion. We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.
In case of approval, we will send you the same model of Wooden Tie free of charge within 3-5 working days. However, if you prefer to return the payment, we will do so within seven days. It may take an additional 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your account.


Sale items
Refunds are only possible for items at normal prices, unfortunately no refunds are possible for sale items. In such cases, we will clearly state that certain products are non-refundable at the time of purchase.


We will cover the cost of return shipping for broken and damaged items received. For other claims, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
